Information Collection
When you visit the Site or use its services, we collect various types of information from you. The following paragraphs describe the types of information we collect, as well as how we use that information.
Personally Identifiable Information. In certain instances, we collect personally identifiable information ("PII"), such as your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. By way of illustration, but not limitation, we collect PII when you register as a Member or conduct certain transactions on the Site.
Our primary reason for collecting PII is to respond to your specific inquiries, fulfill your requests, and to maintain your account with OTF Group. We may use PII to improve our Site's content and our online and offline product and service offerings. We may also use this information to contact you regarding new product offerings we think may be of interest to you.
Non Personally Identifiable Information. We may collect information from you that is not personally identifiable ("non-PII"). For example, we may collect non-PII such as your gender, zip code, and hobbies and interests when you register for the Site, or use certain services. We may also collect information pertaining to your use of the Site. In most instances, such disclosures are necessary to facilitate your use our Site and services. Please type "OPT-OUT" in the subject line of the email and include your full name, physical address, and email address in the body of the message.
We may disclose non-PII about Members and their interaction with our Site and our services, as well as any reports derived therefrom, to strategic partners, and other third parties including advertisers, consumer and market research organizations, and entertainment producers. We may also make such information available to other OTF Group Members. Any such disclosure will not contain information that identifies a particular Member.
Information Access
You can view and modify certain of the information we maintain by accessing your OTF Group account online.
Information Security
Our web Site has security measures in place, including the use of secure socket layer encryption (SSL), to protect the confidentiality of any personal information you share. Despite these measures, no Internet communication can be guaranteed 100% secure. You assume the risk associated with your use of the Site and its services. To protect the integrity of your password, please remember to log off when you visit OTF Group from a shared computer.
Children's Personally Identifiable Information
OTF Group's Site and services are directed to business enterprises. OTF Group does not to its knowledge collect, use or disclose PII from children under the age of 13, and will not do so without complying with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
