while surveying your customers, by customizing surveys with
your logo, company colors, and other design features.
Easy Collaboration and Administration:
Software allows users to collaborate on construction of surveys
prior to launch. Surveys can be administered via phone, fax,
or e-mail. As new responses enter the system, OTF’s
Insight™ synchronizes to the author’s desktop
when connected to the web. Business users can publish surveys
to the web without the help of IT personnel.
Surveys

in English and Spanish. Surveys can be developed and deployed

Confidence
Calculator: Calculator generates a confidence
rating for the information gathered from the survey, based
on the number of respondents versus survey sample size. Confidence
statement can be placed in reports or presentations to validate
findings.
