OTF Group is an international strategy and competitiveness advisory firm dedicated to helping our clients become more competitive and prosperous. We began our work as leaders in innovative thinking on competitiveness in 1991 as the Country Competitiveness division of the Monitor Company, an international strategy consulting firm. In 2000, backed by venture capital investors, OTF spun off from Monitor to focus efforts on creating software tools and advisory services to help leaders think more strategically and to compete more effectively in global markets.

OTF’s approach to economic development is driven by a change management process. Our focus on the underlying dynamics of change has yielded a set of methodologies that can be effectively applied across sectors and countries at both the micro and macro level. For growth to occur countries must change how they compete.
