David Rabkin is a co-founder
and active advisor to OTF Group. David is currently a Vice
President at American Express.
David has particular experience
leading projects in the consumer goods, retail and financial
services industries. As part of the OTF Group’s competitiveness
work, he managed industry cluster studies in a wide variety
of industries, including pharmaceuticals, tourism, textiles
and agriculture. David was responsible for a project for the
Center for Middle East Competitive Strategy where his team
advised a joint initiative of nations involved in building
regional economic cooperation, including Egypt, Israel, Jordan
and the Palestinian National Authority. David served at OTF's
Country Director for the Jamaica Cluster Competitiveness Project.
Prior to joining the OTF Group,
David was a consultant at Price Waterhouse where he led strategy
and change management projects for Nike, Proctor & Gamble
and Viacom. For Warner Bros. Studio Stores David helped develop
the worldwide franchising strategy. David was also an Account
Executive at Procter & Gamble.
